Download the template, open it in Excel or Google Sheets, and have HR fill in one row per person. Delete the two example rows before sending it back. Columns can be reordered or renamed — the importer recognises name, title, phone, email and their common variants like position or mobile.

Extra banners that people can be switched to on their record. Same size as the default banner (banner width and height above), uploaded next to it on your asset host. Anyone left on Default keeps the main banner.

Every WhatsApp icon points at the default number above, unless that person has their own number filled in on their record.

Keep the banner filename fixed. When the campaign changes, overwrite that one file on your asset host and every signature already installed updates itself. Nobody reinstalls anything.
